Required Skills

• 12+ years of program management experience in cloud or data platform environments.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, ETL/ELT, data platforms, governance, quality, lineage, and data modeling.
• Experience defining success metrics, KPIs, and outcome-driven program execution.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and large-scale cross-functional program delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
