Description

You will own the cross-functional delivery of cloud modernization and compliance programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agile execution, including sprints, retrospectives, and cross-team deliverables.
• Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across parallel cloud initiatives.
• Own roadmap tracking, KPIs, program dashboards, and executive updates.
• Facilitate release planning, audit tracking, and regulatory deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years managing technical programs in Cloud, DevOps, or Security domains.
• Experience with regulated cloud operations, including PCI/SOC readiness and SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Proven ability to lead programs involving platform engineering, security, and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business leaders.
• Understanding of technical architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and governance enforcement.
• Background in supporting digital payments, financial APIs, or real-time systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with FinOps and Platform teams to align milestones.
