You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary technology and automation projects from conception through delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale technology and automation projects through full delivery lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate across 75+ cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and navigate dependencies.
• Negotiate requirements and provide regular leadership alignment updates.
• Own technical direction for development and test automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Hands-on technical experience in software development and test automation.
• Proven track record of managing multi-product technology lifecycles.
• Expertise in risk management and dependency mapping.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional organizational structures.
• Strong techno-functional expertise to bridge engineering and project execution.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder communications and negotiations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating as an Engineering Manager or Lead in a technical capacity.
