Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce software development projects, coordinating initiation through closure while collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to define technical direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, scope, cost estimates, and resource plans across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Drive technical decisions and system design approaches in partnership with lead architects and development teams.
• Tailor project management processes to fit specific project needs and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, and status updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and upper management.
• Coach team members on software development best practices and contribute to product design and coding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software development.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and configuration management.
• Experience with deployment tools and Continuous Integration (CI) infrastructure.
• Proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS or similar Order Management Systems.
• Ability to manage resource planning, capacity planning, and organizational alignment.
• Proven track record of engaging with senior engineering staff and driving key decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to M&A activities or strategic asset creation.
• Background in e-commerce platform management.
