Description

We are looking for a strong Technical Program Manager to manage complex programs across data centers, remote operations centers, AI-enabled field operations, and critical spare parts/inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical programs across data center and infrastructure environments
Manage remote operations center and AI-enabled field operations initiatives
Drive critical spare parts, inventory, and asset management programs
Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, operations, supply chain, and vendor teams
Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Develop KPIs, dashboards, executive reports, and program updates
Drive automation and AI-based operational improvements
Manage vendors, escalations, budgets, and stakeholder communications

Required Skills

8+ years of Technical Program Management experience
Strong experience with Data Centers / IT Infrastructure / Field Operations
Experience with inventory, asset, or critical spare parts management
Knowledge of AI/ML, automation, or intelligent field operations
Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and dependency management skills
Experience with Agile/ITIL methodologies is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
