Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
• Plan sprints, manage cross-functional dependencies and drive execution.
• Work closely with engineering, product, architecture and design teams.
• Define technical solutions for scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Track progress, manage risks and communicate status to stakeholders and executives.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven decision-making.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience managing technical programs independently.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to break down complex problems and execute at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Payments domain knowledge.
• IaaS, PaaS, serverless, CI/CD.
• Microservices, APIs, NoSQL databases, DevOps.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software development or software testing, along with technical program management
