You will lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan sprints and manage cross-functional dependencies to drive execution.
• Define technical solutions for scalable cloud-native platforms.
• Track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and executives.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• Experience managing technical programs independently.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to break down complex problems and execute at scale.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software development or software testing.

Preferred Skills

• Payments domain knowledge.
• IaaS, PaaS, serverless, CI/CD, Microservices, APIs, NoSQL databases, DevOps.
