Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional data and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Python, SQL, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing (DWH) along with proven program management experience. This role requires partnering with engineering, data, analytics, and business teams to drive end-to-end delivery of scalable data solutions and strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale technical programs involving data platforms, analytics, and enterprise applications.

Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design and implement scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions.

Manage project timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.

Define program roadmaps and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Utilize Python and SQL to analyze data, automate processes, and support technical decision-making.

Monitor program metrics, KPIs, and performance to ensure successful outcomes.

Coordinate across product, architecture, data engineering, and business teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth execution.

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.

Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in technology, data engineering, program management, or related domains.

3+ years of experience managing complex technical programs and cross-functional teams.

Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines.

Strong understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts, data modeling, and data architecture.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
