Description

Manage Power and Performance (PnP) programs for new wearable devices within the System Health team. Own execution plans and roadmaps to support organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple engineering programs and product initiatives from inception to production.
• Define and revise long-term strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end plans for device system health.
• Report program status, technical requirements, and milestones to engineering peers and product leadership.
• Identify technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights on program status and operational gaps.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software or consumer device programs.
• Proven track record of delivering technical products from inception to delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software engineers, and product managers.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
• Strong proficiency in processing and analyzing large datasets using MS-Excel or Google Sheets.
• Deep understanding of software development and product development processes.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical goals to leadership.
• B.S. in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience in SQL and Python programming.
