Description

Lead medium-to-large technical programs for Robotics and AI/ML software development, ensuring timely delivery of complex projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end integrated plans for complex projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to align program objectives with organizational goals.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make necessary trade-offs to address technical and business constraints.
• Drive strategic initiatives and provide hands-on support to resolve technical challenges.
• Identify innovative solutions to overcome program obstacles within a product-based environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in technical program management.
• Background as a software developer or technical lead.
• Robotics expertise.
• AI/ML software development expertise.
• Experience managing programs in a product company environment.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering.
