You will manage technical programs and projects using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs and projects using Scrum and Kanban.
• Drive delivery using an Agile mindset.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers for engineering teams.
• Track progress and report on program status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience managing technical programs in a software environment.
• Ability to drive delivery and remove impediments.
