Own the Power and Performance (PnP) lifecycle for new hardware devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage PnP aspects of new device development from concept to launch.
• Develop systems and processes to monitor and improve battery life, power efficiency, and thermal management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define long-term strategies and roadmaps for device system health.
• Create comprehensive plans for hardware and software system health initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related experience in technical program management.
• Deep expertise in Power and Performance (PnP) management.
• Experience with battery, power, and thermal validation.
• Proven track record with consumer wearable devices or consumer electronics.
• Ability to manage complex hardware/software system interactions.
• Experience driving technical roadmaps for device health.
