Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of Data program initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of modern tech stack, including microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven architecture.
• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure incremental delivery of business value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Leadership to define roadmaps and resolve dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage cross-team dependencies, and maintain transparency through reporting and dashboards.
• Champion automation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AWS and GCP.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices.
• Experience in TPM roles.
• Knowledge of AI technologies.
