Drive program execution across distributed engineering teams, blending technical depth with delivery discipline.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of concurrent engineering programs from planning through rollout.
• Translate technical objectives into actionable project plans, defining milestones, dependencies, and risk strategies.
• Partner with engineering leads to define architecture milestones, resource planning, and technical roadmaps.
• Manage sprint execution, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Ensure teams adhere to best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud security, and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in technical program or project management within software or cloud environments.
• Understanding of GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, and Kubernetes/GKE.
• Proven experience driving engineering programs involving cloud migration or platform integration.
• Strong command of Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Expertise in release management workflows and cross-geo collaboration (India–US).
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through collaboration.
• Experience enforcing DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience in technical program management.
• Any Graduate degree.
