Description

You will manage technical outcomes and sub-workstreams for a global Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) digital transformation program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program scope, timelines, and resources for technical delivery across global regions.
• Coordinate technical sub-workstreams through initiation, development, and implementation phases.
• Define delivery roadmaps by collaborating with internal IT, Marketing teams, and external vendors.
• Manage program RAID logs, develop risk analyses, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Prepare and deliver progress updates and technical challenges to the executive team.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of program or project management experience in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven experience delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) programs and managing associated change management.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
• Experience integrating business and technology teams within a matrixed organization.
• Track record of collaborating with non-local team members across global regions.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-focused solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
