You will lead end-to-end program management for network infrastructure, automation, and cloud networking projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for network infrastructure, automation, and cloud networking initiatives.
• Collaborate with network engineers, developers, and DevOps teams to optimize fiber deployment, SDN, and network automation.
• Drive initiatives to automate network configurations, monitoring, and performance optimizations.
• Oversee the integration of cloud networking solutions (GCP) with fiber-based broadband infrastructure.
• Define technical roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and blockers.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for networking automation to ensure deployment efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across network engineering, cloud teams, and software development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a network development background.
• Strong experience in network automation, SDN, fiber-optic deployments, and cloud networking.
• Development background in Python, Golang, or Java including network scripting.
• Proficiency in networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on expertise with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevOps for networking.
• Experience with GCP networking or other cloud networking environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Wireshark.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs and manage stakeholders.
