Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, spanning multiple organizations and locations. Drive strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence for new product and platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, including coordination of functional plans, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Champion cross-functional alignment with product, design, engineering, and operations leadership to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact initiatives, collaborating closely with infrastructure teams and executive leadership.
• Create clarity and drive decision-making using data, metrics, and well-written executive-level narratives.
• Contribute to agile practices, including high-level quarterly and yearly planning, while fostering a sense of urgency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large, high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale complex migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven reporting.
• Experience overseeing initiatives within large-scale systems in rapid growth environments.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, including containerization, microservices architecture, CI/CD, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of AWS, modern cloud architectures, and security platforms/frameworks.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Background in driving operational and cost excellence through process improvement.
