Required Qualifications

Experience

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology and data solutions.
• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead experience.
• 3+ years working with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Proven experience leading insurance data transformation programs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Guidewire: Guidewire PolicyCenter; Guidewire Data Model

Data Engineering: Snowflake; DBT (Data Build Tool) ; Apache Airflow; SQL; Python; Data Modeling

Cloud & Data Platforms: AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda) ;CI/CD Pipelines; Git/GitHub; DevOps practices
