Description

You will manage technical testing lifecycles and hardware qualification processes within data center environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans to qualify server components including HDD, SSD, NVMe, PCIe, RAID controllers, BIOS, BMC, NIC, CPU, and FPGA.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and MS PowerShell to streamline test execution.
• Perform root cause analysis and triage bugs with engineering groups after collecting diagnostic logs.
• Define unit test cases for module implementations and manage bug regression planning.
• Document rack-level and SKU-level production designs across various platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management or hardware testing.
• Proficiency in Python and MS PowerShell for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and debugging diagnostic logs.
• Experience qualifying server hardware such as RAID, FPGA, and storage components.
• Ability to define and execute comprehensive test plans and unit testing.
• Strong technical documentation skills for production designs.
• Experience working within data center environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting performance benchmarks and IO stress tools.
