Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple organizations and locations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, coordinating functional plans and resolving issues.
• Drive strategic planning and execution for new product and platform initiatives.
• Champion cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and operations leadership.
• Create clarity and drive decision-making using data, metrics, and executive narratives.
• Contribute to agile practices including high-level quarterly and yearly planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large, high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale complex migrations and integrations.
• Experience overseeing initiatives within large-scale systems in rapid growth environments.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices: containerization, microservices, CI/CD, and scripting.
• Knowledge of AWS, modern cloud architectures, and security platforms/frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders via data-driven reporting.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Background in driving operational and cost excellence through process improvement.
