Description

Lead large-scale technical programs, application enhancements, and data migrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives using Agile/Scrum and Kanban.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage project timelines and resources.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage project planning, estimation, budgeting, and backlog grooming.
• Provide technical leadership and influence engineering, product, and data architecture teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms (Mandatory).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and software delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and Data Warehousing (DWH).
• Experience with Informatica projects, integrations, or application delivery.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Ability to manage technical teams and large-scale digital transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Retail, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or eCommerce domain experience.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
