Description

You will lead complex program management initiatives across multiple engineering teams, focusing heavily on digital and mobile software development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, report, and control all aspects of program management with strong ownership.
• Drive work across multiple teams from estimation through post-production support.
• Lead initiatives as a self-starter while collaborating effectively within the TPM team.
• Work closely with product managers, engineering managers, tech leads, and engineers.
• Manage program lifecycles using Agile and Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall experience supporting Software Development.
• 3-4 years of experience specifically in Digital engineering, with a focus on mobile.
• 5-10 years of direct experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Kanban practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to quickly learn telemetry and observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, or Quantum Metric.
