Description

You will own program management for digital engineering initiatives, with a heavy focus on mobile development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, report, and control all aspects of program management across multiple teams.
• Drive work from estimation through post-production support, ensuring accountability for delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, tech leads, and engineers to align cross-team efforts.
• Lead initiatives as a self-starter while maintaining strong integration within the TPM team.
• Quickly learn and utilize telemetry and observability tools to monitor system health.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall experience supporting Software Development.
• 5-10 years of specific experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital, particularly mobile engineering.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with telemetry and observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, or Quantum Metric.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
