Description

You will lead enterprise technology and data solutions, focusing on insurance data transformation programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance data transformation initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Define technical requirements and roadmaps for Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations.
• Oversee data engineering workflows using Snowflake, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices on AWS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years delivering enterprise technology and data solutions.
• 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
• 3+ years working specifically with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake, DBT, and SQL.
• Experience with Python, Apache Airflow, and data modeling.
• Cloud infrastructure skills in AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda).
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Git/GitHub, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with legacy databases including DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record in insurance domain data transformation.
