Manage data program roadmaps and execution plans for complex, cross-organizational teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive data program roadmaps and execution plans through planning, development, and production launch.
• Lead execution in partnership with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics teams.
• Manage program scope, status, risks, and dependencies through communication across all organizational levels.
• Identify critical issues and dependencies, driving them through to closure while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
• Communicate program goals and success criteria to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management for large-scale business intelligence systems or complex software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (Master's preferred).
• Deep understanding of data analytics concepts and data architecture.
• Ability to explain data security and systems administration concepts.
• Experience managing complex software development initiatives.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across organizations.
• Expertise in communicating technical program information to executive-level audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
