You will drive change management initiatives by bridging technical implementation with organizational adoption.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate detailed program activities to support change management initiatives.
• Create presentations that articulate the change vision and implementation journey.
• Develop and track adoption metrics to measure the success of implementations.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to communicate progress to leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions throughout transition processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics to establish and track meaningful metrics.
• Advanced PowerPoint and visual communication capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical changes into relatable narratives for varied audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Organized approach to documentation and reporting.
• Experience in managing organizational transitions and structured project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical program management tools.
• Background in software development lifecycles.
