Description

You will lead program management efforts focused on addressing climate change impacts and implementing sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential climate-related risks and opportunities for operations and supply chains.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional data engineering and data science teams to execute net zero initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day program execution and steer teams toward defined goals.
• Communicate progress, results, and technical updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within a sustainability or environmental context.
• Proven ability to work with data science and data engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Expertise in climate change impacts and sustainability concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
