Description

Lead large-scale IBM Sterling OMS programs, managing end-to-end delivery of enhancements, implementations, and optimization projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive program planning, governance, risk management, and executive reporting for OMS initiatives.
• Coordinate integration initiatives between Sterling OMS, eCommerce platforms, fulfillment systems, and supply chain applications.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams within a microservices-based architecture.
• Lead release planning, deployment readiness, and production stabilization activities.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and technical decision-making with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management roles.
• 5+ years of experience working with IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
• Strong understanding of order orchestration, inventory visibility, and fulfillment workflows.
• Experience managing complex enterprise integration programs using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices-based systems and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Experience with AWS Cloud environments.
• Strong program and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blue Yonder (BY) Commit Management, Safety Stock Planning, or Inventory Optimization.
• Familiarity with retail, omnichannel commerce, or supply chain domains.
• Understanding of modern enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
