Description

Manage Ecommerce software development projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within schedule and cost parameters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple initiatives, creating detailed plans, schedules, and risk logs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to define technical direction and system design approaches.
• Manage resource planning, capacity, and stakeholder expectations across internal and external teams.
• Drive key decisions, communicate trade-offs, and provide status reporting to senior management.
• Coach team members on best practices and contribute to product design and coding tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management for software development.
• Strong familiarity with Configuration Management, Deployment tools, and Continuous Integration.
• Experience with IBM Sterling OMS and ecommerce systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex project vehicles including scope, cost, and resource plans.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineering staff and navigate technical trade-offs.
• Experience contributing to strategic planning and asset creation.
