Description

You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex solutions with significant business impact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project prioritization, planning, and stakeholder commitments.
• Lead cross-functional teams through problem resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Define program resource needs and negotiate resourcing plans.
• Communicate program updates and status to functional management and executive leadership.
• Prepare teams for Phase Gate and Go/No-Go decisions with data-driven representations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a technical program or project function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, TFS, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in core project management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Experience managing projects across functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience working with engineering, product, or technical program managers in a delivery organization.
• Strong knowledge of iterative, agile, and prototype development practices.
• Proven ability to build sustainable processes and navigate high-growth or scaling environments.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills to influence outcomes.
