Description

You will act as a delivery lead focused on delivering digital engineering applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Scrum teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end projects including requirements, development, testing, planning, and client communication.
• Own the project budget, timeline, and final product quality.
• Coach and mentor developers within the team.

Required Skills

• 13 to 15 years of professional experience.
• Expertise in SDLC and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
• Strong background in software delivery and cloud environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise.
• Experience leading small teams to meet client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
