Description

You will lead company-critical initiatives within the Privacy Infrastructure domain, owning end-to-end technical program execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical product and engineering solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive technical, product, and program strategy while identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Design success metrics and measurements to track impact and drive process improvements.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to establish shared vision and goals.
• Communicate project status, planning, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical program management.
• Proven track record of delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Strong background in Program Management.
• Experience defining strategic direction and identifying opportunities for impact across products and platforms.
• Experience in team leadership, decision making, and presenting to large groups.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and technical teams to develop systems and solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
