Description

You will manage complex wireless telecommunications programs focusing on 4G, 5G, MEC, Private Networks, ORAN, and NextGen Core technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee intricate program schedules to align with stakeholder requirements and timelines.
• Act as the central liaison between technical teams, product managers, and Tier-1 Operators.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business units to deliver telecommunications solutions.
• Manage project risks, technical challenges, and scheduling conflicts to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Provide regular program updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience within the wireless telecommunications sector.
• Deep technical understanding of 4G, 5G, MEC, Private Networks, ORAN, and NextGen Core.
• Experience collaborating directly with Tier-1 Operators and OEMs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and methodical execution skills.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
