Description

You will lead technical program management for AI infrastructure initiatives, specifically auto-remediation projects using Generative AI on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans to meet business objectives and technical milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration across data engineering, AI development, and DevOps departments.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks to ensure program stability.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating progress and gathering feedback.
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI and Databricks to enhance data capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in program management or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI implementation.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working within DevOps environments.
• Technical familiarity with Databricks.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex technical lifecycles.
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and KPIs.
