Description

Lead technical product delivery by bridging business objectives and engineering execution across the full product lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile development practices using Scrum and Kanban methodologies across engineering teams.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical deliverables and manage requirements to delivery.
• Align development efforts with product goals through proactive stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-centered design principles are met.
• Measure product and team performance using OKRs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a leadership role focused on product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Django, and Flask.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and cloud-native development.
• Proficiency in database systems including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Agile workflow tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Exposure to .NET technologies or other full-stack development frameworks.
