What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI programs, including discovery, prototyping, pilot, and production phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance to ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and governance, including RAID logs and stakeholder communication.
• Drive responsible AI governance by implementing data privacy controls, model risk management, and bias fairness checks.
• Support operational readiness activities such as incident management, monitoring, and knowledge management to ensure seamless production support.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology projects, including 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid planning approaches for platform and model work.
• Strong skills in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and standard artifacts like RAID logs and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, reporting, and documentation.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM are highly desirable
