Description

You will lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI programs, covering discovery, prototyping, pilot, and production phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance to ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and governance, including RAID logs and stakeholder communication.
• Drive responsible AI governance by implementing data privacy controls, model risk management, and bias fairness checks.
• Support operational readiness activities such as incident management, monitoring, and knowledge management for production support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology projects.
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid planning approaches.
• Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, RAID logs, and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, reporting, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM certifications.
