Description

Own the delivery of complex technical projects, coordinating across engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups for multiple engineering squads, removing blockers and clarifying daily priorities.
• Collaborate with Architects and Lead Engineers to review technical specs for performance, scalability, and cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with Product Managers to refine roadmaps, providing data-driven delivery estimates and managing resource contention.
• Maintain real-time visibility into project health through decision logs and status dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Validate progress through direct technical engagement, ensuring deep understanding of frontend, backend, and DevOps work.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working closely with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects end-to-end, including risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking work and maintaining documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Product Managers and engineering leads.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and software engineering lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Systems design, Infrastructure (GCP preferred), and API integrations.
• Deep technical understanding across frontend, backend, and DevOps architectures.
