Description

You will manage end-to-end program lifecycles, integrating strategic planning with a Product Owner mindset to drive execution and delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage work streams from initial planning through to execution and delivery.
• Translate team achievements into narratives that align with organizational strategic objectives.
• Deliver executive-level reporting focused on key milestones and team wins.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in PowerBI for data cultivation and analysis.
• Experience working with a Product Owner mindset to manage work.
• Ability to interpret and communicate insights from large, complex data sets.
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in the Scrum framework.
