Description

You will coordinate professional services projects from initiation through delivery and closure, managing schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication for technical consulting engagements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules to deliver technical consulting services based on defined scope.
• Coordinate meetings between customers and internal resources to progress implementations.
• Facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support the Customer Success team with weekly reporting on KPIs, resource utilization, and project status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Experience coordinating Java projects.
• Proven track record in customer-facing coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external engagement.
• Experience developing solutions to technical or operational challenges.
• Program Management knowledge.

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Confluence.
