Description

Own end-to-end testing and cross-team coordination for backend integrations and onboarding flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data, process, and integration testing across backend systems to validate file-based onboarding and API connectivity.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive fixes with owning teams while managing dependencies and testing timelines.
• Communicate clearly with technical, functional, and business stakeholders to ensure system readiness and production validation.
• Validate file formats, data accuracy, batch processing behavior, and API request/response payloads for upstream and downstream systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project coordination or QA engineering.
• Proven expertise in API integrations, including payload validation and error handling.
• Experience testing file-based onboarding flows, including structure, naming conventions, and delivery timing.
• Ability to work with batch queue processing applications and file downloader/encrypter systems.
• Strong background in system readiness, production validation, and troubleshooting in regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and systems to drive resolution and delivery.
