Description

You will manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Track milestones, identify risks, and mitigate bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between developers, designers, business analysts, and external clients to ensure transparency.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, progress reports, meeting notes, and client communications.
• Assist in resource allocation and ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience coordinating software development projects within an IT services environment.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience managing client relationships and collaborating with technical teams.
• Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creating project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technical environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
