Technical Project Coordinator

You will manage HSIA system upgrade projects across multiple hotel locations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute project plans for HSIA system product platforms.
• Coordinate resources, establish deadlines, and assign responsibilities to meet project deliverables.
• Track project progress and compile status reports for senior management.
• Review RFQs and assist hotels with quote selection and decision-making for network upgrades.
• Develop and review technical standards for HSIA systems and approve equipment for guest networks.

Required Skills

• Extensive technical IT and networking knowledge.
• Experience with project coordination tools, specifically Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in RFQ review processes.
• Strong understanding of the Project Life Cycle.
• Ability to study and implement new technologies related to project requirements.
• Experience managing technical decisions and tasks toward implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of experience in IT and Networking.
