Lead technical projects and manage application support workflows in a hands-on capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
• Provide application support and create technical documentation.
• Lead technical teams through complex problem-solving and software development tasks.
• Drive project success through organized coordination and solution-focused execution.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in application support, software development, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, or MS SQL.
• Proven experience in software development using relevant programming languages.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with a CGPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent technical communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
