Key Responsibilities:- 

▪️Project Leadership: Lead & manage technical projects end-to-end with quality and on-time delivery.
▪️Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile/Scrum methodologies.
▪️Design Principles & Patterns: Apply architectural design patterns in solution design & implementation.
▪️Team Collaboration: Participate in stand-ups, coordinate with developers, track work progress.
▪️Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members.
▪️Code Quality Monitoring: Review pull requests, monitor pipelines & performance, address issues proactively.
▪️Status Reporting: Share regular project updates with stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:-

▪️Programming: 6+ years as a full-stack hands-on developer (Java >8, Spring Boot, React).
▪️Database: RDBMS (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB), caching tools (Redis, HazelCast).
▪️Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
▪️Architecture: Microservices expertise.
▪️Cloud: AWS or Azure experience.
▪️Code Quality: Strong coding, code review, and developer mentorship skills.

Qualifications:-

▪️Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
▪️Prior US/UK client experience preferred.
▪️Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
