Lead software delivery for cloud migrations and platform integration, managing offshore teams and technical stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan, scope, and milestones, tracking execution via JIRA boards, sprints, and burndown charts.
• Translate business requirements into technical work items and clear acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical direction for Mosaiq Kubernetes/Helm deployments, OKTA authentication, and Bamboo CI/CD pipelines.
• Steer the Oracle to PostgreSQL migration, overseeing data reconciliation and parity testing.
• Govern offshore developer teams through code reviews, quality gates, and cutover readiness assessments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software delivery, with specific experience in cloud and Kubernetes migrations.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies using JIRA and Confluence for backlog and sprint management.
• Technical depth in application architecture, CI/CD (Bamboo), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Helm).
• Strong understanding of OKTA/OAuth2 authentication mechanisms.
• Experience overseeing Oracle to PostgreSQL migrations, including data reconciliation strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and review the work of offshore developer teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and risk/dependency management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack technical development background.
• Experience with WAM (Web Application Management) platforms.
