Description

You will manage project planning, resourcing, and scheduling for small to medium IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional teams toward defined milestones and project deliverables.
• Monitor, track, and report on project schedules and status to stakeholders.
• Document technical decisions and processes to ensure knowledge transfer to Operations.
• Support the IT PMO by synthesizing data for IT implementations and process improvements.
• Execute schedule management and report generation for large-scale programs.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of directly related project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of business management concepts and continuous improvement processes.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT application development and architecture.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT solutions.
