Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects and programs.
• Manage multiple engineering workstreams and project dependencies.
• Gather and translate business requirements into project plans.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure SDLC compliance.
• Track project schedules, risks, milestones, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Technical Project or Program Management.
• Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing complex engineering or software projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools.
• Experience with Azure is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and resolve project-related issues.
