Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI enterprise applications, managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk management, and roadmap definition.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and engineering teams to prioritize deliverables and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate on AI solution architecture, focusing on agent loops, state machines, and multi-agent orchestration strategies.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, testing, evaluation, and governance of LLM-based solutions.
• Manage project milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience with strong Agile/Scrum expertise.
• Hands-on Python development experience for production-grade applications.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including ReAct patterns and agent orchestration.
• Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, GitLab Duo, Amazon Bedrock, or Cortex.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, including versioning, testing, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and API integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate accepted).
• Experience delivering Generative AI applications in regulated industries like Banking or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI governance/observability tools.
