Description

You will lead cross-functional development teams through the full software delivery lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project roadmapping, timeline estimation, and backlog refinement with Product Owners.
• Oversee technical implementation and architectural decisions for MEAN/MERN web projects.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and optimize delivery processes including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Mentor developers, QA, and DevOps members on Agile best practices and code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React, and Node.js.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira or Trello and Git version control.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Ability to discuss high-level architecture, testing strategies, and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
